It isn't a cropped shirt, however, it is on the shorter side with not a lot of material to tuck in, if that's your thing. The material is ribbed and soft. The lighter colors aren't super see-through, although you can see your bra lines. I always wash on cold and line dry to avoid shrinking and they turned out fine. Overall, it's a really cute shirt that is a step above a regular tee because of the style, ribbed material and little buttons, which add to the style, and they even work.
