“This is obviously not the most expensive instrument, but for this price tag, you get:Solid bolt-on construction.Pretty decent fretwork.Fairly decent (I was actually surprised) tuning machines.That is actually quite a lot.I replaced the bridge with a Guyker one ($14 on sale) and put on new D'Addario strings ($21). As for the pickups, they would need to be EQ'd, but that upgrade would probably only run about $25–$40. Alternatively, some nice $30 Korean-made pickups would be a good fit for those who know how to solder. All in all, it is not a terrible investment.”
