“This is my first guitar and have been playing for about a month. Got this cheap one to see if I could actually play and stick with it. Have been very pleasantly surprised. Have been playing wind instruments for 40 years but never guitar. The sound is nice and intonation on the sixth fret is near perfect (haven’t checked the others, was just comparing tuning by ear). Digital tuner works great and guitar is easy to tune. The nylon strings require frequent tuning (especially the first two weeks) but I appreciate them being easier on my soft, newbie fingers than metal strings. I never play with the rest of the stuff (capo, picks, strap) but they sem to work. I used the bag once and it survived. But it seems to be of slightly higher quality than a plastic grocery bag. This string height above the frets (action?) is where it should be for a classical guitar (~2.8-3 mm) although this makes it more challenging to play some chords than the lower string height on an acoustic guitar.Overall, given the price, looks, sound, and playability, I would recommend this guitar for a beginner. This is especially true for kids, so you won’t have to worry about damaging an expensive instrument.”

Wanted to install the strap but it only had one strap knob, so I guess I’ll be installing my own.
