I’ve never had a cat show any discomfort with stepping on or otherwise interacting with this litter. It does track kind of a lot, but litter mats and regular vacuuming (both of which should be standard for any home with cats regardless of litter type) keep it in check.If they ever get rid of the unscented option, I will be very sad and will have to start searching for a new one. Cats have such incredibly strong senses of smell, and scented litter is so overwhelming that it makes me uncomfortable, so I can only imagine how bad that’d be for the cats. And it truly is unscented. At worst, it smells like dust when I first pour it, though the current formula is definitely way less dusty than it used to be.”
